Customer Service Representative
Location: Near the Airport
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
L.K. Jordan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our customers with paper and packaging product orders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning new products, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and customer emails

Assist customers with questions regarding paper and packaging products

Provide product information and help customers identify the right materials for their needs

Enter customer orders accurately into the company system

Follow up on customer inquiries and order status requests

Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Basic computer and data entry experience
-
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen

Detail-oriented and organized
-
Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Willingness to learn product knowledge and company systems
-
Previous customer service, counter sales, or order entry experience is a plus, but not required
