Customer Services Representative
Position Summary
Our Client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Member Services Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for members. This position will assist with account questions, billing, payments, service requests, outage reporting, and issue resolution while providing excellent member service.
Key Responsibilities

Provide courteous, professional service to members and resolve account-related questions and concerns.

Assist with billing, payments, service requests, collections, payment arrangements, and financial assistance.

Collect and post payments, reconcile cash, and prepare deposits according to company procedures.

Review and resolve residential and commercial billing issues.

Verify member information and account details using computer systems and databases.

Receive and document outage reports, troubleshoot issues, and report outages appropriately.

Identify and report potential safety and security concerns.

Explain and apply applicable fees, policies, rates, and procedures.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management.

Maintain accurate and confidential member records.

Work closely with other departments to resolve member issues.

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Stay current on services, policies, procedures, and technology.

Maintain regular and dependable attendance.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma required.

Associate degree or two years of directly related experience preferred.

Related experience may substitute for education.

Valid driver’s license.
Pay:$21.50
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Location: Oak Hill, Texas
