Job Description
Position Summary
This position is responsible for assisting customers with their marketing and advertising materials by answering inbound calls, responding to emails and engaging in chat sessions to provide support and assistance related to products, programs and services.
Temp to Hire ( 90 Days)
Monday to Friday, 8: 00am to 5: 00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Answering inbound customer support calls, emails and chats according to quality standards and goals.
- Making outbound calls to return voicemails and also provide product or program information to new customers as needed.
- Maintaining positive rapport and working relationships with customers and co-workers through communications.
- Entering call notes into each customer' s account profile after each communication to document the nature of the call, customer, order information, and action taken.
- Gathering information from the customer to determine proper instruction to give with regard to the website, ordering process, or internal process.
- Assisting customers with general inquiries related to placing orders, pricing, billing, order status, online design, address lists and quality and communicating accurate information related to products, services, and processes.
- Handling all customer calls, communications and complaints professionally, respectfully and with a calm tone of voice.
- Informing customers, when appropriate, of products, programs and services.
