Job Description
LK Jordan is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a local distributor in North East San Antonio. Schedule is Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm and pay rate is $17. Duties include providing the best service and product assistance possible as well as seeking new customers to service.
Responsibilities & Job Duties:
- Provide a full range of customer service by phone, fax, or mail/e-mail. This includes handling of incoming calls and outgoing calls.
- Supporting Account Managers
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of quality expectations for the different clients and projects.
- Ability to learn basic terminology for all the products & services offered.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer and perform other basic office task as needed.
- Be actively involved in problem solving and propose improvements to processes and procedures.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Perform clerical duties with speed and accuracy.
- Communicate verbally in a clear, concise, understandable manner.
- Basic computer skills, including ability to learn business software and online ordering site.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Completion of a background check and a drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED.
