Counter Sales Representative
Job Description
We’re looking for a customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to support a busy commercial truck and trailer repair shop in southeast San Antonio. You’ll assist fleet and walk-in customers with parts, service coordination, and solutions that keep vehicles on the road. Pay rate is $19 hourly and schedule is Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities

Greet customers and identify parts/service needs.

Provide quotes, invoices, and service recommendations.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

Source and order parts; manage inventory.

Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Communicate job status and timelines clearly.
Qualifications
-
Experience in counter sales, parts, or service advising (truck/automotive preferred).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.
-
Mechanical knowledge of trucks/trailers is a plus.

Completion of a background check and drug screen.

High School diploma or GED.
