Coating Application Specialist / Sales
  • Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in corrosion-related industries, such as oil and gas, food industry, manufacturing, municipal water, sewage infrastructure, and marine.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide technical expertise on corrosion-related issues, offering tailored solutions utilizing the company' s coating products.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of the corrosion protection market, including competitor analysis and industry trends, to identify opportunities and stay informed about product advancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the coating supplier to ensure a deep understanding of the company' s coating products, features, and benefits for corrosion prevention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals to potential clients, showcasing the effectiveness and value of the company' s coating solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely product information, technical specifications, and pricing details to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal sales teams to ensure a high level of product knowledge and enable effective communication of the benefits of the company' s coating solutions.
  • Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies related to corrosion.
  • Work with Regional Sales Director to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell the company' s corrosion-resistant coating products.
  • Help monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, analyze market trends and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company' s presence, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients and industry influencers
  • 50-60% travel with truck and expenses
  • Can live anywhere near airport
