Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management, construction management and and have Architectural Drafting Experience related to relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.
Responsibilities

Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
Create and review Site Plans and Floor Plans
Assess construction work to confirm conformance with Construction Documents
Serve as Owner' s Representative during construction process
Attend regular construction progress meetings
Reporting and tracking status reports to owner

Qualifications

Bachelor' s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or Architecture
Architectural Drafting (intermediate to advanced)
Decision making abilities
Leadership experience
CAD and Revit experience a plus
