Northwest Austin
Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
-
Train and mentor RMA technicians to ensure consistent performance and development
-
Assign daily tasks and prioritize urgent return orders
-
Monitor team productivity and performance metrics
-
Manage the full RMA process from receipt through completion
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for RMA-related inquiries across Sales, Customer Operations, and Support teams

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and complete all required training
-
Track and report key RMA metrics such as volume, turnaround time, defect trends, and root causes

Analyze repair data and share insights with Engineering and Supply Chain Planning teams

Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and assist with quoting as needed
Qualifications
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electronics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)

2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Electronics manufacturing, repair, or testing

RMA / returns processing or failure analysis

Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS), preferably aligned with ISO 9001 (preferred)
