Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in San Antonio, TX. This full-time position offers an hourly pay rate of $25.00 - $45.00. The schedule includes an 8-hour shift, with on-call and weekend availability as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

Service air-cooled and water-cooled systems up to 500 tons

Handle variable refrigerant flow (VRF/VRV) systems

Maintain water source heat pumps and evaporative condensers

Manage data center environmental equipment

Understand basic HVAC controls and VFDs

Service air handling equipment including VAV systems in larger commercial setups

Perform preventative maintenance on hydronic cooling & heating systems

Conduct pump and motor alignments

Minimum Requirements:

High School or Trade School Graduate or GED

EPA Universal license

Minimum of 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience

Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record

Ability to pass a background check
