Direct Hire Opportunity for an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator!
We are looking to add an experienced commercial HVAC Estimator to our dynamic team in Corpus Christi, Texas. Re-location assistance can be considered for well qualified candidates. Must have at least 5+ years of Estimation/Project Management experience with knowledge in commercial construction. The position is full-time and offers many great benefits, including a generous base pay and bonus structure, hands-on training, and room for growth within the organization.

Essential Duties for Estimator:

Create accurate take off for Commercial HVAC projects
-
Maintain contact with vendors and subcontractors regarding projects (submittals, change orders, RFI's, O&M's, etc.)

Properly process/submit/file change orders

Properly perform quantity take offs for estimates

Promptly answer/return phone calls and emails from vendors and customers
Requirements:
-
2 Years minimum experience in a similar HVAC estimator role

Experience with Commercial or Industrial HVAC Estimation / Project Management.

Must be able to prioritize work and communicate effectively at all levels.

Attention to detail.

Experience with Microsoft Office with knowledge of spreadsheets, projects and presentation software.

Experience with digital onscreen take-off systems; Viewpoint software preferred, but not required.

Ability to read and understand drawings, details and project specifications.

Good organizational skills and the ability to work with others.
