About the Role
LK Jordan is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Estimator to support a high-volume construction operation. This position is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates by performing detailed quantity takeoffs from construction and civil drawings.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience estimating concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, flatwork, and related components. This is a primarily office-based role with occasional coordination as needed.
This team operates in a fast-paced environment and requires someone who can complete a short orientation and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoffs from construction and civil drawings using Bluebeam and PlanSwift
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project bids for commercial concrete work
- Review plans and specifications to define project scope
- Coordinate with internal teams to validate pricing and scope
- Identify discrepancies and submit RFIs as needed
- Maintain accuracy across all estimates — small errors can have significant cost impact
Requirements
- Experience in commercial concrete estimating
- Proven ability to perform screen takeoffs independently
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and/or PlanSwift
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction/civil drawings
- High attention to detail and accuracy
