Collection Specialist - Bilingual in Spanish a must
Job Description:

The Collection Specialist is responsible for making and receiving phone calls from a debtor or defendant, to negotiate payment for a debt. Collection and AR (Accounts Receivables) type collections include student loans, utility bills, moving violations, and library fines. The Collection Specialist will contact an individual over the phone and negotiate payment for their debt. He/she will be responsible for maintaining positive and professional phone etiquette.

Candidates must have strong communication skills and enjoy working over the phone. Basic computer and typing skills are required. Bilingual in the Spanish language!

Monday-Thu rsday: 8am-5pm or 8: 30-5: 30pm.
Friday 8am-5pm
