- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Implement and maintain systems for efficient clinic operations, including electronic health records (Athena)
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure quality patient care and adherence to medical management protocols
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice in a hospital or medical office setting
- Monitor and manage clinic budget, including expenses and revenue generation
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members Requirements
- Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management role
- Knowledge of medical office procedures, including billing, insurance claims, and electronic health records systems (Athena)
- Familiarity with human resources practices and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Willing to travel to South and Kyle clinic locations
