Job Description
L.K. Jordan & Associates has an immediate opening for a Leasing Agent. This position will be responsible for the initial intake and administrative support of reviewing and processing applications to apartment communities. This is a temp to hire opportunity, typical schedule is Monday- Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm. Must have reliable transportation and communities are located throughout San Antonio!
Pay rate starts at $21.60!
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and provide proof.
• 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and marketing fundamentals.
• Valid Texas Class driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be willing to work at communities based on business needs.
