Legal Assistant / Case Manager (Personal Injury)
Location: NW San Antonio
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office)
Overview:
A well-established personal injury firm in NW San Antonio is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant / Case Manager to support their team on a temporary basis. This role will play a key part in keeping cases organized, moving forward, and ensuring strong communication between clients and the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:

Review, organize, and maintain legal documents and case files

Save and track incoming documentation for accuracy and accessibility

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and case deadlines

Collect medical records and assist with evidence gathering

Communicate with clients to provide case updates and request information

Manage legal correspondence and support attorneys and paralegals

Utilize legal software for case tracking and reporting

Monitor timelines to ensure cases stay on track
Qualifications:
-
10+ years of experience in a Legal Assistant or Case Manager role (or as close as possible)

Background in personal injury strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and legal case management systems

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
