Supporting office and project managers

Front Desk Reception - Greeting visitors and clients

Answer and direct incoming calls

Manage incoming and outgoing calls

Order office supplies

Assist office staff with copying, scanning, uploading documents

Assist with scheduling and coordination meetings

Run errands as needed
Experience required to be considered

Microsoft Office Suite experience and efficiency
-
Administrative support experience

Knowledge and ability to write a professional email

Friendly disposition and customer service skills

Excellent phone etiquette
Great opportunity with established company and benefits available after permanent hire.
Starting pay between $16 - $20.00 an hour, depending on experience
