Executive Assistant
Job Description
This position will provide administrative and clerical support to multiple senior leaders and the Office Manager. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the administrative office by coordinating schedules, managing office resources, and facilitating communication across departments.
Responsibilities but not limited:
• Provide direct administrative support to senior leadership and the Office Manager.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming communications.
• Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
• Maintain office and administrative supply inventory; coordinate procurement as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
• Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Support calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting logistics.
• Handle internal and external communications professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks with attention to detail.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
• Must speak and read English.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screen.
Temp position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
