Business Development Representative
Austin, TX 78759
This position will identify new business within the community and establish business relationships that contribute to the company s continued growth within the Austin market. The position will work closely with our branch to develop sales strategy and enhance service offerings to new and existing client companies. This position is full time and will require 75% of the time in the field.
Generate new business with clients by creating new contacts and creatively finding ways to generate new referral sources. Attend key networking events and trade shows.
Conduct new business meetings new clients and assist staffing coordinators as needed.
Track and report client activity within database, work closely with staffing team to achieve activity and productivity goals,.
Education and Experience Guidelines:
Must have service sales/marketing experience.
Must have at least 5+ years of professional experience.
Candidates with prior experience specifically in the staffing industry will be placed in the highest consideration.
Highly Competitive Base Salary (DOE) plus monthly commission and quarterly performance bonuses.
