Business Development Manager
We are growing in Austin and want you to join our team! L.K. Jordan & Associates is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can lead our sales efforts both inside and outside of the office. We are seeking a motivated, goal-focused individual who knows how to build and maintain relationships and increase sales. Compensation package that includes salary and both monthly commission and quarterly performance bonus components.
Essential Functions:
Duties will include, but not be limited to:

Identify and target prospective client companies through research, networking, and referrals

Conduct outbound prospecting calls, emails and visits to generate new business

Present staffing solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value, quality and speed

Negotiate contracts, bill rates, and service agreements to ensure profitability
-
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and new opportunities

Education and Experience Guidelines:

Have outside sales experience

Have at least 5+ years of professional experience

College education preferred

Prior experience in the staffing industry will be placed in the highest consideration
