Job Description
LK Jordan & Associates are seeking a motivated, intelligent, personable, and experienced Business Analyst for an industry leader in the Terrell, TX area. The following skill sets would be relevant to our work. Anyone with a manufacturing or retail merchandising background should be highly preferred.
Executing projects within budget
Schedule: Monday Thursday 8 am 5 pm, Friday 8 am 4: 30 pm. There is the possibility of a hybrid schedule with two days at home per week.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor' s Degree required (Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Operations)
- Minimum 4 years overall business experience including Marketing/Product Management or Manufacturing Operational or Analytical experience
- Experience with a metal fabrication company preferred
- Possess strategic thinking and planning skills
- Ability to effectively use software and tools including MS; SAP or similar database experience preferred. Proficient in Excel
- Outstanding communication skills and a proven capability to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way to a variety of audiences
- Possess developed financial literacy and business acumen
- Ability to work independently and proactively to corporate or department goals
- Ability to lead through influence in nontraditional organizational structures
- Some travel up to 20% to customers, vendors, and operational facilities
