Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:15 PM
Training Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 1:15 PM (all new hires begin training on 1st Shift before transitioning to 2nd Shift)

Responsibilities
- Blend powders, pigments, and solvents according to established formulas and work instructions
- Pull and stage materials for production
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials
- Monitor product quality throughout the blending process
- Complete production documentation and work orders
- Label, package, and prepare finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to use:
- Tape measure/ruler
- Precision scales
- Micrometer thickness gauges
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, blending, or plastics experience is helpful but not required
