Bilingual Service Representative Westchase area Mon - Fri 8am -5pm every other Saturday 8:45am-1:15pm $35k a year

 

 

  • Partial Summary

  • Service focused individual to accommodate member needs in the Call Center regarding account services and loan applications.

  • Assists members with online banking issues and responds to email requests.

  • Cross sells products and services.

  • Perform research on accounts.

  • Demonstrates a positive, friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

  • Requires critical thinking and effective communication skills, and the ability to resolve member issues.

  • Call Center and/or extensive customer service experience required.

  • Previous financial institution experience preferred.

  • Must be proficient in a Windows based environment.

  • Bilingual Spanish required.
