Bilingual Call Center Specialist

Job Description
Primary Duties:
- Accepts intake calls from clients and their families and documents clients needs.
- Interacts with department staff on care coordination such as benefits counseling, Health and Wellness, and nutrition programs.
- Follows up on voice message left after hours and calls clients back within 24 hours.
- Ensures calls are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with contractual obligations.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED OR 2 years of related experience
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
