Job Description

Local Non-Profit seeking a Bilingual Call Center Specialist in NE San Antonio. The Resources and Referral Specialist will conduct phone assessments, provide technical and information assistance, and provide resource information to elderly clients and their families. Schedule is Monday Friday, from 8: 00am to 5: 00pm. Pay is $17.87 hourly.
Primary Duties:

Accepts intake calls from clients and their families and documents clients needs.
Interacts with department staff on care coordination such as benefits counseling, Health and Wellness, and nutrition programs.
Follows up on voice message left after hours and calls clients back within 24 hours.
Ensures calls are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with contractual obligations.
Performs other job duties as assigned.

Experience/Education:

High School Diploma or GED OR 2 years of related experience
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
