Job Title: Background Screening Customer Service Representative
Location: North Central San Antonio
Salary Range: $15 to $17 per hour (Higher based on experience: $18 to $21)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Background Screening Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in preparing Background Screening Reports accurately and within a 24-hour timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain turnaround time expectations based on internal and state policies.

Verify background screening products through thorough scrub and verification procedures.

Communicate with clients regarding the status of pending reports and provide clarifying information.

Utilize best practices and accuracy training to deliver high-quality reports to clients.

Attract potential customers by addressing product and service inquiries.

Update and maintain customer records.

Resolve product or service problems by determining causes and implementing effective solutions.

Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Conduct consumer interviews and investigate disputed information.

Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results and tasks.

Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Basic PC knowledge and minimum typing skills of 40-50 wpm.

Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills and courteous phone etiquette.

Experience in resolving conflicts and multitasking.

Ability to handle highly confidential data with strict confidentiality.
