Audit Senior Associate

Immediate Need for an Audit Senior Associate for a local well established CPA firm. Pay is between $75K to $90K. Here are some of the responsibilities and duties:

Performs on-site audit activities as a member of the engagement team, including fieldwork, planning, and report preparation.
Assumes complete responsibility for job wrap-up including: Sees job through all stages of review and typing and point clearance, including QC; Obtains
representation letters - general, minutes, and legal; Prepares management letter; Proposes appropriate adjustments, closing balances, reversing entries, etc. To
client; Completes and summarizes job time budgets by area.
Demonstrates and maintains thorough technical knowledge in the audit and tax fields, including an understanding and adherence to the guidelines of the
Public Accountancy Act, Code of Ethics, federal and state tax codes, GAAS, and GAAP.
Proposes year-end adjusting journal entries.
