Job Description


LK Jordan has 6 immediate openings for Assemblers located near the AT&T center. This organization is looking for detailed-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast paced, team environment. This is a long-term, temp to hire opportunity. Schedule is Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm. Some overtime could be included. Pay starts at $14.00-$16.00 hourly.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly as specified using required tools.

  • Able to read and follow procedures, work instructions and assembly drawings.

  • Able to use various manual and electro-pneumatic tools and test equipment.

  • Adhere to all required quality standards and perform required quality and testing checks.

  • Report any defective materials or equipment to supervisors

  • Pack goods and deliver to warehouse.

  • Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.

  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks

  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Experience:

  • 5-6 years experience in assembly or a related field

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen

  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
