Job Description

LK Jordan has 6 immediate openings for Assemblers located near the AT&T center. This organization is looking for detailed-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast paced, team environment. This is a long-term, temp to hire opportunity. Schedule is Monday - Friday from 6: 00am - 2: 30pm. Some overtime could be included. Pay starts at $17.00-$18.00 hourly.
Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electrical assembly as specified using required tools.
Able to read and follow procedures, work instructions and assembly drawings.
Able to use various manual and electro-pneumatic tools and test equipment.
Adhere to all required quality standards and perform required quality and testing checks.
Report any defective materials or equipment to supervisors
Pack goods and deliver to warehouse.
Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Experience:

5-6 years experience in assembly or a related field
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Must be covid vaccinated
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
