Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to quote requests
o Review project take-offs, cross requests, fixture schedules, quote requests and other documentation to prepare and send customers quotes and part numbers as needed,
o Respond to all quote requests within 24 hours or less as situation requires
o Manage quotes through approval process, engaging manager, accounting, sales, and others as needed
o Engage with customers and regional sales staff and others to maximize likelihood of winning job
o Work with other departments to prepare custom spec sheets and documentation as needed
o Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
o Researches, compiles and analyzes data for reporting using Salesforce, Excel and Microsoft Word
o Maintains relationships throughout the organization by working collaboratively across departments.
o Provides support for proposal and solicitation preparation as required.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
Customer-facing sales or service experience
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Lighting industry experience will be considered a plus.
