Operational MP&L Support Administrator Needed in Cedar Park, Texas
Temp to Hire

Monday through Friday
8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM


Manage and Support all FTI Bike Customer Orders by a defined approved Company process.
Responsibilities:

Operational Support Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:
Process all inbound customer orders via ERP Management System(Intacct) on a timely basis for all dealership/OEM s and end customers.
Process all contract manufacturer purchase orders and support international documentation and inquires as needed.
Support production feedback to contract manufacturer and resolve ad hoc issues as required. (inventory parts and order confirmations).
Verify customer orders/criteria required by review and approved validation process.
Assists with inbound customer/OEM and dealership calls/emails as needed.
Assists with any customer service support as directed (customer requests/order changes).
Support and monitor U.S. Small sales.
Resolves international logistic delays and provides shipping documentation as needed.
Attend operational meetings and work closely with other cross-functional teams.
Assist with inventory ordering.
Assists with shipping of warranty claims (data entry and administrative support).
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Operational MP&L Support Administrator Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.
2+ years order entry/purchasing experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Must possess strong attention to detail. (Exceptional Review Skills).
Working knowledge of computer and desktop software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Working knowledge of Google Drive ( Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Strong command of language both written and spoken. (Excellent communication skills).
ERP(Intacct) and CRM(Zendesk) system experience is a plus.
Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
International business acumen and cultural knowledge is a strong plus.
Basic understanding of credit limits and accounting processes.
Understanding of bike components and basic E-Bike functions a strong plus.
