Administrative Office Assistant
Job Description
Administrative Office Assistant for busy industrial office.
The responsibilities included but not limited to the following:

Assist with answering the phone

Assist with customer sales
-
Generate job orders and submit
-
Accounts Payable
-
Assist with payroll
-
Work in Microsoft Word and Excel
To be considered the following experience is required:
-
Minimum of five years of experience of the duties listed
-
Must be extremely organized
-
Must be well versed in Word and Excel
-
Experience in an industrial or construction office environment is preferred
-
Must pass a background check and drug screen
-
Must have reliable transportation
$20.00 per hour
