Job Description

Administrative Assistant for busy industrial company

Responsible for but not limited to the following:

Document Control
Ordering supplies
Assist with shipping & receiving
Assist with inventory
Assist with scheduling
Assist with invoicing and purchase orders
Assist with payroll
Answer and direct calls
Greet and direct visitors
Other administrative support as needed

To be considered, the following is required:

Microsoft Office skills and experience
Experience processing time / payroll
Warehouse experience such as shipping & receiving and inventory counts
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work overtime when needed
Have reliable transportation
Valid Driver license
Pass background check and UA drug screen

$17 -$19.00 per hour, depending on experience
