Job Description
Administrative Assistant - Construction based company.
Duties / responsibilities for the position will include:

Administrative support in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office

New Hire Onboarding to include I-9's and everify
-
Reconciling credit card statements
-
Inventory and ordering of office supplies
-
Answer phones
-
Greet visitors
To be considered the following is required:
-
Experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
-
Administrative experience - preferably in construction environment
-
Experience with onboarding new hires
-
Good customer service skills
-
Reliable transportation
-
Pass background check and drug screen
$22-25.00 per hour, depending on experience
