Administrative Assistant

 

• Assist sales representatives with daily tasks and client communications

• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and order confirmations

• Maintain and update customers records

• Track orders and follow up with production to ensure timely delivery

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email

• Support in preparing sales reports and presentations

• Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook

  • QuickBooks knowledge would be helpful, but I’m willing to train

  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Legible handwriting

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

 

$15-$17, depending on experience
