Position Available – Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Administrative Assistant to support project management and general office operations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and professional environment while ensuring seamless administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with information/document management and project correspondence.
Manage project schedules, logs, and timelines to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for project-related tasks and office needs.
Prepare meeting minutes and reports.
Arrange travel plans as needed.
Provide administrative support to project managers in daily operations.
Greet clients and handle incoming calls professionally.
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies.
Perform general duties, including filing and data entry.
Organize Continuing Education events.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong attendance and punctuality record.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Professional demeanor and ability to manage front office tasks effectively.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to pass a background check and UA drug screen.
$18-$25 Depending on Experience
