Now Hiring: Accounts Receivable Specialist – Cleanup Project
LK Jordan is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a temporary AR cleanup project with our client in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong Accounts Receivable experience, excellent attention to detail, and experience researching customer accounts, reconciling balances, and correcting discrepancies. SAP experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Hands-on SAP Accounts Receivable experience is preferred, including experience researching customer accounts, processing transactions, and working with commonly used AR T-codes.

Responsibilities
Review and clean up existing Accounts Receivable records
Research and resolve account discrepancies, payment issues, and billing errors
Reconcile customer accounts and identify outstanding or incorrect balances
Review and apply customer payments accurately
Research and resolve unapplied cash
Review AR aging and assist with past-due account cleanup
Process credits, adjustments, and account corrections
Update and maintain accurate customer account records
Review invoices, payments, credits, and account activity for accuracy
Organize and maintain supporting AR documentation
Prepare and review AR reports
Work with internal departments to research and resolve billing issues
Communicate with customers as needed regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
Use SAP to research customer accounts, transactions, and records
Hands-on SAP Accounts Receivable experience is preferred, including experience researching customer accounts, processing transactions, and working with commonly used AR T-codes.
Qualifications
3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Experience with AR cleanup, account reconciliation, or accounting record cleanup preferred
SAP experience preferred
Knowledge of AR aging, collections, cash application, and reconciliations
Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong data entry and research skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable working with high-volume financial records
