LK Jordan is currently seeking Collection Specialists for a law firm in San Antonio.
Starting Pay:
-
$19.50/hr (Non-Bilingual)
-
$20.50/hr (Bilingual)
Schedule Options:
-
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with 1 Saturday per month
OR
-
Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
Collection Specialists handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist with resolving outstanding accounts. Representatives typically make 100–150 calls per day using a combination of automated dialing and incoming calls.
Primary Duties:

Review open accounts and initiate collection efforts

Make outbound calls in a professional and respectful manner

Work with customers to collect payments and set up payment arrangements

Identify and communicate issues contributing to account delinquency

Send documentation and follow up with customers as needed
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Ability to pass a criminal background check
-
At least 2 years of customer service or collections experience
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
