Business to Business Customer Service

Northeast Austin area by Cameron/Dessau

Temp to Hire

 

Monday through Friday

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

 

Pay: $19-$20 per hour

 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Respond to telephone, mail or fax requests for new orders or changes in service; provides product, pricing, and delivery information; inputs customer orders/changes.

• Input and maintain customer order information (e.g., purchase orders, sales orders, quotes, invoices, service orders, work orders, etc.); prints reports.

• Perform system inquiries regarding sales order and shipping status; provides basic instruction regarding dissemination of status information.

• Generate sales order and shipping documents, corrects billing discrepancies; resolves incorrect term and condition issues with customers.

 

Skills and Knowledge:

• Minimum 2 years of customer experience and SAP billing experience

• Basic Math skills required. Good PC skills – Excel and Word

• Ability to organize and prioritize workload

• Good interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
