Warehouse Lead
Job Description
Multi-faceted and challenging job opportunity available with a growing company in Taylor near the new Samsung facility. Requirements include experience in warehouse management, forklift operations, basic computer and Internet skills, and leadership and sales experience.
This job opportunity will require an experienced and mature person who can work without direct supervision. The primary duties will involve the receiving, blending, and shipping of non-hazardous environmentally safe chemicals. These functions can occasionally occur during weekends or after normal business hours; however, these types of activities rarely occur and are mainly due to unscheduled changes with deliveries or pick-ups when driver arrivals are delayed.
When not dealing with the above described responsibilities, the employee will be responsible for the following functions:
- Warehouse cleanliness and improvement of facility operations
- Management of trailer office administration
- Generating shipping documents and posting them in a cloud box
- Maintenance of the company property
- Monthly inventory updates
- Preparation of soil samples for promotions or for testing
- Participating in field operations (optional)
- Occasional deliveries of documents, product samples, soil samples for testing, etc.
- Printing company publications, assembling promotional packets, etc.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
This is 50% climate control and 50% non-climate control
