Step into a dynamic and hands-on leadership role as the Production Supervisor for a leading manufacturing company, directly collaborating with our CEO/President to drive the high-quality production of our industry-leading products. Overseeing two divisions, you'll ensure the timely, efficient, and safe manufacturing of a wide range of items. You’ll also contribute to the success of a third division, all while supervising a team of 25-40 dedicated employees who count on your guidance and expertise. This role is essential to maintaining our standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

This role is essential to maintaining our standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Your Impact in This Role
In this position, you’ll be responsible for:

Team Leadership & Coordination: Leading a diverse team across metal cutting, welding, machining, and shipping processes. Spending 85-90% of your time on the plant floor, you'll guide and support your team to meet daily and weekly production targets.

Optimizing Production: Working closely with the Sales Manager, you’ll manage and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines with maximum efficiency.

Quality & Safety Commitment: Enforcing company policies, OSHA safety standards, and quality control to ensure every product meets our high standards. You’ll keep our facility in top condition and implement lean manufacturing to streamline processes.

Resource & Personnel Management: Hiring, training, and cross-training your team for maximum versatility. Your hands-on problem-solving and oversight will ensure smooth production, minimal downtime, and cost-efficient operations.

Process Improvement & Maintenance: Constantly seeking ways to enhance workflows, manage resources, and approve essential maintenance to keep our operations running seamlessly.
What You Bring

Experience & Skills: With a minimum of 10 years supervising within a manufacturing setting, you’re skilled at motivating teams and driving results. Your problem-solving acumen and commitment to excellence set you apart. Metal fabrication background preferred.

Flexibility & Dedication: You’re adaptable and open to overtime, including Saturday work when necessary, ready to go the extra mile for production goals.
