Job Description
LK Jordan is seeking an Office Manager for a Water Conditioning Company located near The Pearl. This position will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the dealership to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. They will be a key component in the daily processes. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Starting pay is $60,000 yearly.
Job Duties:

Respond to customer inquiries

Directly supervise a team of ten

Delegate administrative functions fairly and maintain the functions when needed

Seek opportunities for additional sales

Audit and oversee that books are closed accurately at the end of month

Review end of month data and distribute delinquent list for collection

Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accuracy of the dealerships financial reports

Manage customer information system to ensure completion and accuracy of information processing.
Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background and drug screen

High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bachelors Degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to stand for long periods of time
