Job Description

LK Jordan has an immediate opening for a Fabricator located in Schertz . This organization is looking for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast paced, team environment. This is a long-term, temp to hire opportunity. Monday - Thursday 7: 30am to 4: 00pm with a 30min lunch. Friday 7: 30 to 4: 30pm with 1 hour lunch. Depending on production needs, Saturdays 6: 30am to 3: 00pm. Pay rate is $24.00 hourly.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Examine specifications of order using blueprints, drawings, and/or work orders, to determine characteristics of finished item, materials to be used, and machine setup requirements.
Ability to select appropriate tools and equipment needed to fabricate work pieces as determined by work order specifications.
Examine work piece visually, by touch, or using tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure product meets desired standards.
Ability to read gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years of fabrication experience (including stairs & handrails)
Must pass a background and drug screen
