Customer Service Representative wanted in South Austin


Temp to Hire

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

OT as needed Saturdays from 8am-12pm

 

  • Utilize extensive product knowledge to assist customers in-person, by phone, or email.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for an enhanced customer experience.

  • Safely handle and load products into customer vehicles.

  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including restocking and maintaining merchandise displays.

  • Conduct computer-based tasks such as data entry, order processing, and inventory management.

  • Communicate policies and procedures to customers, address grievances, and provide solutions.

  • Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory tasks.

  • Successfully operate a forklift.

  • Support the branch by connecting with existing customers, providing after-sale service, and promoting products.

 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Forklift certification

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Physical capability to handle various tasks and lift items up to 75 pounds

  • One year of HVAC industry or related product knowledge preferred

  • Pass background check, drug screen, and possess a valid driver’s license
